Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LiLog (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are between you and the individual developer of LiLog ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

LiLog is a local CAN bus log analysis tool that allows you to:

Import and parse CAN bus trace files (BLF, ASC formats)
Decode CAN signals using DBC definition files
Visualize signal data in charts

All data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not operate a backend server that receives or stores your log files or analysis results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure you have the right to access and analyze the CAN log files you import into the App
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Purchase Model

LiLog offers premium features through two purchase options:

Monthly Subscription — recurring monthly billing. Premium features remain unlocked as long as the subscription is active. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Account subscription settings.
Lifetime — one-time purchase. Premium features are unlocked permanently without any recurring fees.

Pricing for both options is displayed within the App at the point of purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Your payment relationship is with the respective platform provider and is governed by their terms of service.

4.3 Restoring Purchases

You can restore your previous purchase through the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings page when switching devices or reinstalling the app.

4.4 Refunds

We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. The trial begins when you first open the App — no purchase or credit card required. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features.

After the trial ends, premium features become limited. You can restore full access by purchasing either a Monthly Subscription or a Lifetime license. Only one free trial is available per user.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where required, through in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first.
